Kane stated his driveway is not that wide and he also has a drop-off. <br /> Gaffron stated the minimum width for a driveway is eight feet. <br /> Jurgens stated it does not limit the applicant's ability to create a flat spot next to the driveway consisting <br /> of grass. Jurgens stated the Planning Commission feels that 30 percent hardcover is reasonable. <br /> Rahn noted the applicant is substantially below on the sfructural coverage. <br /> Rahn closed the public hearing at 6:44 p.m. <br /> Jurgens moved,Kempf seconded,to table Application#06-06-3184,Paul Thomas Homes on <br /> belialf of lYiauY•een A.�reckruan,2695 Casco]Foin�Road,to allow the applicant tinie to resolve <br /> the outstanding drainage and grading issues. The applicants are <br /> requesting a hardcover variance to allow 32.6 percent in the 0-75' zone, and 42 percent in the 75-250� <br /> vt�W��'tiCc. <br /> 2 setback�to allow the structure to be located 25 feet from Forest Lake when a 75-foot setback is required, <br /> and to allow the garage to have a 5.7 foot setback from the side property line when a 10-foot setback is <br /> required. <br /> Turner stated in terms of reducing hardcover,the applicants have indicated that they would remove a <br /> portion of the deck and rivo portions of the patio, <br /> PAGE 9 <br />
