What are the visual impacts of the "wing walls" when viewed from the lake? Can <br /> they be seen fi•om the lake? Should a screening plan be incorporated? The wing <br /> walls will be 3'-4' high at the house and taper to 0' about 10'-12' from the house. <br /> 2. The plans for the 0-75' zone wi11 need to be revised in order for Tom Kellogg to do a <br /> complete review. Prior to that happening, does the Planning Commission feel that <br /> there are changes that shouid be incorporated? <br /> 3. As the proposed vegetation mat�ires will the property look as "natural" as it does <br /> today or will it appear manicured? <br /> 4. Are there any other issues or concerns with this application? <br /> Staff RecommendAtion <br /> Planning Staff recommends approval of the lot width and lot area variances, and the <br /> conditional use permit for the lakesllore land alterations and stair in conjunction with the <br /> City engineer's recommendations. <br /> 3 <br />
