There would be no end to the complaints voiced to #he City. My assertion of <br /> faulty dedication of a road would pale in comparison. <br /> This, combined with the statements set forth in the application, sets forth the <br /> Lindblooms' legal position. I will also put this into letter format, so that it can be made <br /> part of the record. The Lindblooms' designer will present the architectural reasons why <br /> the application should be approved, and the Lindblooms themselves will present the <br /> , practical, personal and neighborhood type reasons why the application should be <br /> approved. If at some time in the process we can meet with City Staff to resolve this, <br /> that would be great. As I said at the outset, we are all on the same side. We all want <br /> what is best for the City.
