The applicant discussed assisting the neighbor to the soutli with some re-grading <br /> of lus property to initigate storm water issues. The City engineer's conuiients are <br /> attacheci as Exhibit B. <br /> Staff Recomnzeiadatio�z: Plaiu�ing Staf£reconimends approval of the lot width and lofi <br /> area variances, and some level of liardcover variauce within the 75' — 250' zone as the <br /> Planning Conunission determines appropriate. The proposed home must iileet the 30' <br /> and 2'/z story heiglit limitation.
