The owners' had issues with their <br /> coiitractor and the detached garage was not constri.icted prior to the expiration of the <br /> variance approval. Therefore the applicants require a renewal of their original variance <br /> approval in order to continue with their project. <br /> During tlus review it became clear that the variance review in 2002 did not correctly note <br /> the hardcover zones due to a small inlet to the west of�lie property. This inlet causes a <br /> change in the location of the 75' setback and most of the property is within the 75' —250' <br /> zone rather than containing a 250' — 500' zone also.
