This situation would then allow access orientation to the city street,precluding <br /> any possibility of accessing County State Aid Highway(CSAH) 15, Shoreline Drive. <br /> Due to the inherent terrain and roadway geometry constraints,as well as unusually heavy traffic <br /> vohimes, any access to CSAH 15 would be hazardous due to sight-distance(visibility)limitations for <br /> entering or exiting drivers.
