Gaffron stated the occupancy would be 265,which does not include the outside space. <br /> Sansevere stated it would have to include the outside space since that area can only be accessed from the <br /> inside. <br /> Gaffron stated that outside space is not calculated in the occupancy ratio. <br /> Sudheimer stated in the summertime there are more motorcycles at Lord Fletchers than what visit their <br /> establishment and that their entertainment is the same as West Coast. <br /> Murphy stated the issue with the entertainment is the noise at the late hour. <br /> Anderst stated they cannot control the motorcycles in the area. <br /> White stated the City Council also cannot control the number of motorcycles that visit this establishment. <br /> McMillan inquired about the rationale for keeping the size of the outdoor patio area the same as what was <br /> originally proposed. <br /> Sudheimer stated currently there are park benches and picnic tables and that they would like to place <br /> tables in that area. <br /> McMillan inquired whether that much space is required and whether it could be reduced.McMillan stated <br /> she has a concern that it could change into something else in the future. <br /> Sanford stated it was based on the original plan and that they are still proposing the 32 seats. <br /> Anderst stated the landscaping would also take up some of the space. <br /> Gaffron stated it would be approximately half the size of this room. <br /> White stated in his view it could be decreased.
