APPROVE/AMEND <br /> Items 6, 10, 11,and 12 were added to the Consent Agenda. <br /> Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded,to approve the Consent Agenda as amended. <br /> VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. <br /> APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> *2. REGULAR COUNCIL MEETING OF FEBRUARY 27, 2006 <br /> Murphy moved,Sansevere seconded,to approve the minutes of the February 27,2006 City Council <br /> meeting as submitted. VOTE: Ayes 4,Nays 0. � . <br /> PARK COMMISSION COMMENTS <br /> White noted the City Council would be meeting with the Park Commission on Tuesday,March 14`". <br /> PLANNING COMMISSION COMMENTS-CYNTHIA BREMER,II�EPRESENTATIVE <br /> Bremer noted that one of the Planning Commissioners would not be asking to be reappointed to the <br /> Planning Commission upon completion of his term this year, and requested the City Council authorize <br /> Staff to begin aclvertising for candidates. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> Harvey Reder, 3596 Livingston Avenue, stated he recently had his Minnesota driver's license stolen <br /> sometime between February 10 and March 7. Reder indicated he reported it to the Orono Police <br /> Department,but that,in his opinion,there could be improvement in the action taken by the police <br /> ° • department regarding lost drivers licenses, and that he would like to make some suggestions on how this - � - <br /> process could be improved at a later time. <br /> Reder noted he is unable at this time to comment at great length on his concerns with the police <br /> department but would like to reappear before the Council at another time to discuss his concerns and <br /> suggestions. � <br /> Reder requested his written comments be included in the minutes for tonight's meeting. <br /> PAGE 1 of 27 <br />
