The applica.ilt is also requesting pennission to utilize a <br /> temporary trailer for offices during construction, which can be aclueved through a staff <br /> : ermit that establishes a timeline for removal of the trailer. <br /> Staff Recomn:endation: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the setback <br /> variances and the conditional use pernut amendment to permit construction of the <br /> addition as pro�osed.
