(0.58 acre) <br /> Lot Width: 106' <br /> Applicatio�z Sccmfnary: The applicant is requesting an amendmeni to varianee and CUP <br /> approvals granted in December 2005 in order to construct additions to the existing Hill <br /> School building. The applicant is requesting to revise their approvals for sicle yard and <br /> side street setback variances as well as a conditional use permit amendment in order to <br /> construct a larger (45' vs. 30') addition; adding a second story above the additions; and <br /> adding a 10' x 8' elevator bump-out, further encroaching toward the west lot line, closer <br /> than the required 50' from both the western side yard and the side street of Briar Street. <br /> Staff Reconznzeiadatioiz: Planning Department Staff recommends approval of the setback <br /> variances and the conditional use permit amendment to permit construction of the <br /> addition as proposed.
