<br /> 1. This application was reviewed as Zoning File #876.
<br /> 2. The prop.erty is Iocated in the LR-lA Single Family
<br /> Lakeshore, Residential Zoning District.�
<br /> 3. The Orono Planning Commission reviewed this appl.ication
<br /> on July 17 , 1985 , and recommended approval of the proposed
<br /> • variances based upon the following findings: _ .
<br /> A) The applicant installed the side�walks, driveway,
<br /> and backup apron prior to the issuance of a Certificate
<br /> of Occupancy for the home. �
<br /> B ) The applicant should have been aware of the
