REPLACEMENT OF OUTDOOR WARNING SIREN <br />Murphy moved, Bremer seconded, to approve the purchase and install a 130 db Federal Warning <br />System 2001 DC from Ready Watt Electric, at a cost of $15,828.20 from the Improvement <br />Equipment Outlay Fund. VOTE: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />20. APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING COMMISSION CHAIR AND VICE CHAIR <br />Bremer noted that Kim Kang is also running for the MN House of Representatives and that the amount of <br />time that she can devote to the Planning Commission may be limited if she is elected. <br />Bremer moved, Murphy seconded, to appoint Kim Kang to the position of Planning Commission <br />Chair and to appoint Loren Schoenzeit as the Planning Commission Vice - Chair. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />*21. REQUEST FOR PAYMENT #3 — MYRTLEWOOD UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br />PROJECT <br />Murphy moved, Bremer seconded, to approve Request for Payment No. 3 for the Myrtlewood <br />Utility Improvements Project, GM Contracting, Inc., in the amount of $9,156.90. VOTE: Ayes 5, <br />Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None <br />*22. LICENSES AND PERMITS <br />None <br />*23.
