MINUTES OF THE <br />ORONO BOARD OF APPEAL AND EQUALIZATION <br />Wednesday, April 15, 2009 <br />7:00 o'clock p.m. <br />Prochnow stated in 2008, the limited market value was $849,900. His valuation was lowered <br />approximately three, four years ago. <br />Murphy commented he understands the concerns of the residents. <br />McMillan stated property taxes are difficult because they are not income based. <br />Prochnow stated he did write to the governor expressing his concerns. Prochnow asked if a record of this <br />meeting goes to the county. <br />Murphy stated the information will be passed along and that there are four representatives from the <br />Hennepin County Assessor's Office in attendance at this meeting. <br />Written Letters of Appeal Received: <br />1.
