CITY Of ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO. 6 65 7) <br />A RESOLUTION GRANTING AN EXTENSION OF THE <br />PRELIMINARY APPROVAL <br />OF A CLASS III SUBDIVISION FOR <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 185-225 OLD CRYSTAL BAY ROAD SOUTH <br />- FILE NO. 15-3749 <br />WHEREAS, Paul Cameron of Chamberlain Capital, LLC ("the Owner") is the <br />owner of property legally described as follows: <br />See EXHIBIT A, attached (hereinafter "the Property"); and <br />WHEREAS, at their regular meeting held on July 27, 2015 the Orono City <br />Council adopted Resolution No. 6528 granting preliminary approval of a six lot <br />subdivision of the Property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Owner has requested an extension of the preliminary plat <br />approval; and <br />WHEREAS, there have been no pertinent changes to the zoning or subdivision <br />regulations that would affect the proposed subdivision since July 27, 2015. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Orono hereby extends until July 27, 2017, the preliminary plat approval granted by <br />Resolution No. 6528 per preliminary plat drawings by Nathan R.
