CITY OF ORONO <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />NO 6639 <br />I Development within ORONO PRESERVE is subject to the Conclusions, Orders and <br />Conditions enumerated within General Concept Plan and Preliminary Plat Resolution No <br />6603, and subject to the provisions of the Development Contract and Residential Planned <br />Unit Development Agreement for ORONO PRESERVE dated � 2016. <br />2. The City Council hereby approves the proposed public road names are as follows: Wood <br />Duck Trail; Bluestem Way; Sandhill Drive; and Goldenrod Way, as depicted on the <br />final plat drawings. <br />3. The approvals granted in this Resolution shall become effective only when all conditions <br />of approval requiring actions by the Developer have been satisfied. <br />4. The City Clerk shall release the plat documents for filing only upon certification by the <br />City Attorney, Senior Planner and City Engineer that all requirements of the platting <br />regulations have been satisfied. <br />5. The aforesaid plat shall be filed by the City of Orono with Hennepin County on or before <br />December 27, 2016 together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed <br />copies of the easements and covenants pertinent thereto. <br />6. Concurrently with approval of this Resolution the City Council shall adopt an ordinance <br />amending the official zoning map of the City to rezone the property from RR -1B Single <br />Family Rural Residential District to RPUD Residential Planned Unit Development <br />District, such rezoning to not become effective until the Development contract has been <br />fully executed by all parties. <br />7. Upon approval of this Resolution the City Council shall direct the Mayor and Clerk to <br />execute other documents required by this RPUD rezoning. <br />8. If substantial development has not occurred within one year after approval of PUD No. I 1 <br />as set forth in the Residential Planned Unit Development Agreement, the City Council may <br />declare the approvals granted within this resolution and within said Agreement as null and <br />void. <br />9. The aforesaid plat shall be filed with the Hennepin County on or before December 27, 2016 <br />together with a certified original copy of this resolution and executed copies of the <br />Agreements, easements, and covenants pertinent thereto. The plat approval granted by this <br />Resolution shall expire if the plat has not been filed by the date specified above. in that <br />event, it will be necessary to file a new application with the City of Orono for subdivision <br />review. <br />Page 4of7 <br />
