ACCEPT DONATION FROM BRA <br />White moved, McMillan seconded, to accept the donation from Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and <br />Associates in the amount of $275.00. VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />*16. CONSIDERATION OF REFUNDING OF 1997 SEWER BONDS <br />White moved, McMillan seconded, to authorize City Staff to work with Ehlers and Associates, Inc., <br />to solicit proposals for the sale of $1,125,000 General Obligation Improvement Refunding Bonds, <br />and report results to the Council for consideration at its meeting of December 13, 2004. <br />VOTE: Ayes 3, Nays 0. <br />*17. 2005 NON -UNION COMPENSATION ADJUSTMENTS - RESOLUTION NO. 5252 <br />White moved, McMillan seconded, to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 5252, a Resolution Approving Pay <br />Plan Adjustments for Non -Union City Employees for 2005, which reflects a 3.0% adjustment to pay <br />schedules and an increase in the City's benefit contribution to $540.00 per month. VOTE: Ayes 3, <br />Nays 0. <br />*18. APPOINTMENT OF ANTHONY WHITE TO FULL TIME OFFICER <br />White moved, McMillan seconded, to approve the change of employment status for Anthony White <br />from part -time police officer to full -time police officer, effective 11/08/04, with a starting hourly <br />rate of pay at $18.62 and other approved full -time benefits.
