A petition was filed by the City of Orono with the Hennepin County District <br /> Court on July 29, 2004, which stated the necessity of acquiring certain lands hereinafter <br /> described in order to reestablish a public right-of-way. <br /> 2. Court-appointed commissioners f led their award on June 7, 2005, in the amount <br /> of$23,024.15. <br /> 3. Petitioner paid Resgondent the $23,024.15 pursuant to the Commissioners' <br /> Awazd, for the taking of said real estate,plus improvements; <br /> 5.
