<br /> any unlicensed , unregistereo. or inoperable motor vehicle lacicing

<br /> declared to be a nuisance and upon seven days written notice to the

<br /> assessment. For the pt�rpose of this Section, an inoperable motor
<br /> vehicle sl:all be defined as lacking, including but not limited �o ,
<br /> �arts essential to operation, such parts being wheels, tire�, motor,
<br /> arive train, battery, or having two or more flat tires, or having the
<br /> interior, including the driver's position, used for stcrage in such a
<br /> manner that no perscn can operate the vehicle.
<br /> SEC. 9.55. MAINTENANCE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY.
<br /> X Subd. i. It is the dutY of the owner of every vacant property and the
<br /> owner and occuoant of every occupied property to maintair same in a
<br /> neat , clean ann presentable maiZner free of any junk, debris , re�use ,
<br /> litter, cead trees, or noxious weeds, anc3 to re�:ove all other public
<br /> health or safety hazards therefrom.
<br /> Subd. 2. Grass and Weeds. The owner or occupant of every lot or
<br /> parcel shall regu�arly c.ut or otherwise maintain all grass and weeds
<br /> thereon at a height of not rrore than six ( 6 ) inches.
