It is my understanding that copies of the revised survey showing the location of the <br /> new retaining wall design have been forwarded to the city directly by Gronberg&Associates. Please be <br /> advised that due the revised building elevations are included with the retaining wall engineering <br /> drawings and are not to scale. Furthermore, these elevations have been revised to meet the City <br /> Engineer's request for more accurate retaining wall location notes and have not changed or modified <br /> � the floor plan, structure or physical appearance of the previously submitted plans. <br /> In late December, Melanie informed me that the Planning Department's review was complete and that <br /> the Building Department had yet to complete its review. In light of the submission of this additional <br /> information as well as the submission of the MCWD permit, I would greatly appreciate it if you could <br /> update me as to the status of each department's review and provide me with an estimate as to when I <br /> can expect the Building Permit to be issued. <br /> If you have any questions or need additional information, please contact me.
