Certificate of Survey. According to the certificate of survey dated 09/13/02 on file with the City the"proposed <br /> home" is shown at a setback of 9.7 feet where a 10 foot setback is required according to the LR-1C zoning <br /> district standards. Measurement from a 2015 aerial photo shows a setback of approximately±8 feet. Both are <br /> enclosed for your reference. If the required 10-foot side yard setback is not met, the open upper deck space <br /> cannot be enclosed without City Council approval of a setback variance. <br /> In order to clarify/confirm setbacks, please provide two copies of an updated, full-size certificate of survey <br /> which shows the location of the existing house, property lines and adjacent structures within 50 feet of the <br /> property boundaries. <br /> 2. Hardcover Calculations.The property is located in Tier 1 of Orono's Stormwater Quality Overlay District. Please <br /> have the surveyor prepare hardcover calculations, showing existing and proposed hardcover using the City's <br /> Hardcover Calculation Worksheet for the City's records.
