While top of wall and bottom of wall elevation were not provided per the City survey standards,from the <br /> nearest as built spot elevations the survey appears to depict retaining walls in excess of 4 feet. These waBl <br /> require and engineered plan approved by a licensed engineer. I could not find copies of approved plans for <br /> these wall in the packet. The approved plan called out that walls would be 3.8 Ft max. <br /> 2. There appears to be a 6.7 ft elevation difference between spot elevation near the north west corner of the <br /> home.
