Retaining Walls to the north of proposed house and southwest of proposed house are shown at 4ft high. Walls 4' or <br /> greater in height must be designed by a licensed professional, and plans must be submitted to the City for review. Walls <br /> less than 2X the height of the upper wall apart shall be considered one wall. <br /> 2. Grading plan appears to direct runoff onto the northern neighbors property off the north corner of the proposed <br /> house. Additional grading detail to be provided along the north property line to define swales directing runoff along the <br /> property line and not toward the adjacent house. <br /> 3.A separate utility permit will be required for the sewer connection/reconnection. <br /> 4. The silt fence should be installed and inspected by the City prior to any land disturbing activities.
