• MINUTES OF A REGULAR MEETING HELD MAY 27, 196E <br />Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that the <br />following Trade Licenses be approved: <br />• Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />• Peterson Plumbing $ Heating - Plumber <br />• E. H. Renner & Sons, Inc. - Well Driller <br />• <br />Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that <br />paving bids for Willow Drive to be opened <br />June 10, 1968 at 11:00 A. M., be approved, <br />subject to being held 30 days for the <br />• determination of the availability of funds. <br />Motion, Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />• <br />• Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that <br />the Village Engineer offer Old Crystal Bay <br />Road slope easements informing owners of <br />their rights of rejection or further <br />consideration if settlements are not <br />• satisfactory, be approved. Motion, <br />• Ayes (4) - Nays (0). <br />r <br />Franzel moved, Stubbs seconded, that the <br />• repair of the golf course well with pump <br />replacement and an increase in the main- <br />0 tenance budget of $900, be approved. <br />• Motion, Ayes (3) - Nays (0). <br />« Franzel moved, Ross seconded, that the <br />request of Reed's, Inc. for a Marina <br />License at 1442 Shoreline Drive, with <br />• 12 buoys, extending no more than 300 <br />feet from shore, 8 hoists, at least 20 <br />• parking spaces, no other retail business, <br />• and recognizing Village regulations which <br />may be adopted affecting future licenses <br />as a result of recommendations from <br />current Lake Conservation District studies, <br />be approved. Motion, Ayes (2) - Nays (1). <br />Stubbs voting Nay). (Butterfield abstaining). <br />• <br />• Stubbs moved, Butterfield seconded, that an <br />amendment to the Zoning Ordinance to allow <br />one tier of double bungalows as a conditional <br />use on residential lots adjoining commercial <br />and industrial zones where sewer service is <br />available, be ordered.
