Casselberry at $4 per <br />month for electricity, be paid. Motion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that <br />property owners on Old Crystal Bay Road <br />having a fence controlling stock on Village <br />Right -of -way, be notified that if said <br />fence is removed by June 1.5, 1968, the <br />Village will replace the fence on their <br />property or reimburse them the cost <br />thereof; after June 15, 1968, the Village <br />will remove the fences with no further <br />consideration given. TTotion, Ayes (3) - <br />Nays (2). Franzel and Searles voting Nay. <br />• <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the <br />r <br />above fence motion be held in abeyance <br />• <br />pending establishment of its legality. <br />• <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />• <br />Mrs. Katherine Steward (David) <br />• <br />Searles moved, Franzel seconded, that the <br />appointment of William McCarthy to the <br />• <br />Planning Commission, be approved.
