• <br />• <br />• VILLAGE OF ORONO <br />• Special Meeting of the Village Council, <br />• April 16, 1968 <br />The Village Council met on the above date <br />with the following members present: Mayor <br />Ross, Councilmen Butterfield, Franzel, and <br />Stubbs. Searles late. <br />• <br />• Butterfield moved, Stubbs seconded, that <br />the Council review the list of Non - Conforming <br />Uses, and study the possibliity of giving <br />commercial zoning, special use permits, or <br />legal non - conforming uses to these properties <br />• and include considering the allowance for <br />expansion of non - conforming uses. Motion, <br />Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />7: 30 P.M. <br />NON - CONFORMING USES <br />Stubbs moved, Franzel seconded, that a LETTER <br />cover letter be sent along with the <br />present non- confooming use application <br />stating that the Council has taken under <br />• consideration the allowance of existing <br />. non - conforming uses. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br />Nays (0). <br />• <br />Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the FILING DATE <br />non - conforming use applications be requested <br />• to be returned by June 1, 1968, although not <br />legally required until October 1, 1968. <br />Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0) . <br />• <br />• Stubbs moved, Searles seconded, that this OCCUPANCY USE PERMIT <br />application for a non - conforming use also <br />• be considered as an application for an <br />Occupancy Permit. Motion, Ayes (5) - <br />40 Nays (0). <br />• Franzel (0e ved, Searles seconded, that the ADJOURNMENT <br />meeting adjourned at 10:15 P.M.
