Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />• <br />• Council agreed that: <br />• 1) In order to combat the rising crime rate, <br />malicious mischief should be a separate item <br />• on police activity report, a review of <br />crime activity be made to assist in the <br />• assignment and determination of manpower needs, <br />• and qualified outside sources such as the <br />Sheriff's Office, and Crime Bureau be <br />• contacted for assistance. <br />2) Burt Corwin should be advised of Council <br />agreement in principal with his request in <br />• platting Mooney Lake Road property and that <br />final action will depend on receipt of a <br />• specific platting proposal. <br />3) At Butterfield's request, it was agreed <br />the Park Commission should review snow - <br />mobile control, promotion of golf leagues, <br />•, school golf, and lake access. <br />Regarding the proposed Butterfield sub- <br />division, Searles asked that the Council <br />apply its standards for dedicated property <br />for private roads in a uniform manner. We <br />• should be especially careful not to grant <br />exceptions to Councilmen or other members <br />of Orono municipal government that we would <br />not and have not granted to others. <br />• <br />• Searles moved, Stubbs seconded, that the ADJOURNMENT <br />Meeting be adjourned at 12:30 A.M. <br />• Motion, Ayes (5) - Nays (0). <br />• <br />• <br />• <br />H.
