On January 1, 1994, the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission (MWCC) increased <br /> the SAC charge to $800.00. According to their regulations, the current SAC rate applies when <br /> the sewer is connected. It is very likely there will be an additional increase in January of 1995. <br /> Since your property is not cunently connected to City sewer, please be aware that you will be <br /> responsible for paying any additional SAC charges accumulated since the original payment of <br /> $750.00.
