Hopefully you <br /> are aware that the property does not have a conformiiig septic system, but has a holding tank instead. <br /> The former owner, Todd Wuertz, was required to make a connection to municipal sewer by June 24, <br /> 1993. The Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) fee was paid in 1993, but no hookup has been made <br /> as of this date. <br /> You are now required to complete the corulection to Municipal Sewer. Before a permit can be issued <br /> for the connection to the sewer, you must pay the difference between the current SAC fee and the <br /> 1993 SAC fee. The 1997 SAC fee is $950 so you need to pay $200. Your contractor must to obtain <br /> a permit at a cost of$35.50. The contractor should charge between $500 and $1,000 to make the <br /> connection to the Sewer. <br /> Your residence must be connected to Municipal Sewer by June 30, 1997.
