On Saturday, <br /> November 8, 2014, i (John) asked you to remove this. You refused. You told me that <br /> you had been issued a permit for this structure by the city. You also told me that you had <br /> a survey proving that you owned tand for "ten or fifteen feet" south of the creek. 1 asked <br /> to see your survey and offered to show you our survey. You said yaur copy was <br /> unavailable but that I could see this survey which is on file with the city. <br /> �n Monday November 10, 1 contacted Michael Gaffron, senior planner for the city of <br /> Orono.
