It is a heavy metal structure that I will probably be unable to remove by myself. I met Sullivan-Teele in 2013. We spoke across the creek on one occasion only. She said she knew of the problem we'd had previously with the renters who lived there putting a bridge across the creek and across our property. These were wooden dock sections that I told her I had to saw into pieces in order to remove. She installed a structure that I can't saw into pieces. If her property extends to the middle of the creek, she has installed an illegal structure on her own property as well as ours. Would you be willing to send a letter from the city demanding its removal? I am sending a copy of the letter we will send by registered mail on Nov. 12. I tell her she must remove it but I doubt she will. Thank you.
