The deck is currently 1 1.5 feet from the lake shore and serves as <br /> a landing to the access stairs from the principal dwelling. The access stairs will be rebuilt and <br /> relocated farther from the lake, and �he deck will continue to act as a landing, and also as an <br /> accessory space to an existing recreational building on the properiy.
