Lake setback variance to permit a lake setback of 49' from the 929.4' OHWL <br /> when 75' is normally required and 21' currently exists. <br /> 2. Hardcover variance to permit 65% hardcover within the 0-75' zone where 0% is <br /> nornlally allowed and 65% currently exists (�iardcover within the 75'-250' zone is <br /> conforming). <br /> 3. Structural coverage variance to permit 28% where 1500 s.f. (or 24%) is normally <br /> allowed and 27% currentl exists. <br /> Staff Recommendation: Staff recommends that the Planning Commission discuss under <br /> what circumstances covered entries should be perinitted as the hardship almost always is <br /> related to the location of the existing hoine. <br /> Pertinent Zoning Ordinance Sections <br /> Sec. 78-1279. Placeinent of structures on lots. When more than one setback applies to a <br /> site, structures and facilities must be located to meet all setbacks.
