(34.1%) hardcover in the 75-250' <br /> lakeshore setback where 4,537 s.f. (45.1%) exists and 2,512.5 s.f. (25%) is allowed; to pernlit <br /> 1,447 s.f. (45.86%) hardcover in the 250-500' lakeshore setback where 1,705 s.f. (54%) exists <br /> and 946.5 s.f. (30%) is allowed, and variances to Section 10.03, Subdivision 15 (F) to pernut a 5' <br /> setback where 10' is required for construction of a new 22' X 34' detached garage to replace an <br /> existing detached garage; and <br /> WHEREAS, after due published iiotice and mailed notice in accordance with <br /> Mimiesota Statutes and the City of Orono Zoiung and Planning Codes, the Orono Plaruung <br /> Conunission held a public hearing on May 20, 2002 and was continued to June, 17, 2002 at <br /> which time all persons desiring to be heaard conceming tlus application were given the <br /> oppoituiuty to speak thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of Orono, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> FINDINGS <br /> 1.
