Adopt Assessment Roll North Long Lake East Sewer Extension Resolution • <br />No. 5085— Continued <br />Sansevere stated they should look into it for the current application because it came before <br />them after they were aware of the possibility. <br />Moorse stated they could adopt the assessment at 6.25% or lower based on the City's cost <br />of funds. <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 5085 approving <br />the assessment roll for the North Lake East Sanitary Sewer Extension Project at an <br />interest rate of 6.25% or lower based on the City's cost of funds. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ADMINISTRATOR'S REPORT <br />*16. Application and Certificate for Payment #5— Navarre Fire Station <br />Sansevere moved, and White seconded, to approve the Application and Certificate <br />for Payment No. 5, in the amount of $301,395.00 to be paid from the Navarre Fire <br />Station Construction Fund. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. • <br />17. Police Department— Accept Donation <br />Sansevere stated it was kept off Consent so that it could be acknowledged publicly. <br />McMillan moved, and Murphy seconded, to accept the donation of six traffic safety <br />vests from Dr. Charles Boehm to be used by the Orono Police Department. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None. <br />18.
