• ROLL <br />• <br />ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, NOVEMBER 10, 2003 <br />The Council met on the above - mentioned date with the following members present: Mayor <br />Barbara Peterson, Council Members Bob Sansevere, Jim Murphy, Jim White, and Lili <br />McMillan. Representing staff were Planning Director Mike Gaffron, City Attorney Tom <br />Barrett, City Engineer Tom Kellogg, Public Services Director Greg Gappa, and Recorder <br />Alissa Winternheimer. <br />Mayor Peterson called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />1. Approve /Amend <br />Items 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16 and 17 were added to the Consent Agenda. Item 18A <br />was removed from the Consent Agenda. <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the consent agenda as <br />amended. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />*2. Minutes of the Regular Council Meeting of October 27, 2003 <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve the Minutes of the Regular <br />Council Meeting of October 27, 2003. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />3. Homestead Neighborhood (Brown Road North) Sanitary Sewer Project <br />A. Order Preparation of Plans and Specification— Resolution No. 5073 <br />Mayor Peterson called the Public Hearing to order at 7:02 p.m. <br />Gappa stated that the City had received a signed petition from the Homestead <br />Neighborhood residents requesting an assessment sanitary sewer project. At the October <br />13`h meeting, Council accepted the Feasibility Study and scheduled a Public Hearing. <br />Notice was sent to all property owners and published in the local newspaper. He stated <br />that at the present hearing, if Council received a favorable response from the <br />1 of 16 <br />
