Access to data by indiridual. The responsible au[horiry <br /> may require che requesring person to pay the accual cos�s of making, cerdfying,and compiling the copies. <br /> The resQonsibla auehoriry shall comply immediacely, if possible, wich any requesc made pursuant to this subdivision,or within five days of <br /> [he dace of[he request,excluding Sacurdays,Sundays and legal holidays,if immediace compliance is noc possible. If he canaot comply with the requesc <br /> wichin rhat rime,he shall so inform che individual,and may have an addidooal five days wirhin which[o comply wirh�he request,excluding Saturdays, <br /> Sundays and legal holidays. <br /> Subd.4. Procedure when data is not accurate or complete. An individual may concest the accuracy or completeness of public or pri�•ate <br /> data conceming himself. To ezercise chis righe,an individual shall norify in wricing che responsible auchoriry describing the nacure of the disagreement. <br /> The responsible authoriry shall within 30 days either: (a)correc[thz data found to be inaccucate or incomplete and aaempc to nodfy past recipienu of <br /> inaccura�e or incomplete data, including recipients named by �he individual; or(b)norify[he individual thac he believes[he dara to be correcc. Data <br /> in dispute shall be disclosed only if the individual's statemtnt of disagreement is includtd with the disclosed data. <br /> The decerminarion of the responsible aurhoriry may be appealed pursuanc to the provisions of che admiruscrarive procedure act relacing co <br /> contested cases. <br /> DATA PRIVACY ADVISORY <br /> In accordance with M.S. 13.04, Subd.2, "Ri�hts of subjects of data", we would li.ke to inform you that your request <br /> for a permit or license from the City of Orono or any of its departments may require you to furnish certain private or <br /> confidential information. <br /> You are notified that: <br /> 1.
