We do not monitor the <br /> ' borings over a period of time. Borings left open are a hazard to pedestrians <br /> and livestock, leave an opening for pollutanr levels we aobserve are th u oniy <br /> ' any measurements of little value. The wa e <br /> an indication of an immediate and rapide oo e ��in such soilsb�Slow <br /> indicating that a drain tile system rrught b <br /> ' inflows may not be detected and variations in rainfall can affect ground water <br /> [evels. <br /> ' While it is our opinion that a properly designed and installed drain tile system <br /> and submersible sump pump will keep most basements dry and should be a <br /> standard part of all new construction, we make no guarantees in this regard. <br /> ' <br /> Of necessity, the area of the borings in relation to the area of the site and the <br /> ' depth of the borings are limited.
