This shed appears <br /> to have been constructed in 1998 in violation of several City Codes regarding property line setbacks, <br /> hardcover restrictions, and the building permit requirement (City Code Sections 78-305(b); 78-1288; <br /> and 86-66. Attached are violation letters sent in 1998 to, then property owner, Dennis E. McGreevy. <br /> Mr. McGreevy failed to comply with the notices to remove the shed. <br /> This letter will serve as your notice that the shed must be removed from the property by <br /> July 26, 2010 in order to avoid legal action by the City. <br /> Please be advised, if you fail to correct the violations this matter will be sent to the City Attorney for <br /> review and may result in criminal prosecution.
