Ci.t of ORONO � <br /> � <br /> • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> � NO. 2665 <br /> • - • • <br /> � <br /> NOW, THEREFOR$ BE IT R$SOLVED, that based upon one or more of the : <br /> findings noted above, the City Council of the City of Orono hereby approves � <br /> the preliminary plat application of Mary L. Petersen per the survey dated <br /> May 12, 1989, revised June 29, 1989, by Mark S. Gronberg of Coffin & <br /> Gronberg Inc., subject to the following conditions: ' <br /> l. Applicant to grant conservation and f lowage easement over wetland <br /> area (defined as a drainage easement) within Lot 1, Block 1. � <br /> 2. Applicant to execute private covenants assuring the maintenance � <br /> and upkeep of private road by future owners of Lot 1, Block l; Lots 1, <br /> 2, & 3, Block 2. Applicant to provide engineering plans for private <br /> road serving 4 lots. Such plans to be approved by the City engineer ; <br /> prior to construction. No building permits for new construction will ' <br /> be issued until private road has an approved base providing access for <br /> construction and inspection vehicles. Applicant shall execute <br /> developers agreement and provide a letter of credit (150� of the cost � <br /> • of improvements) to insure the completion of all improvements not ; <br /> comp 1 eted by f ina 1 p 1 at approva 1. <br /> 3. Orono Park Commission to make final recommendation to the Council <br /> regarding feasibility of a 10' wide pedestrian/walking easement along <br /> east side of Lot 3 providing access to Luce Line. City shall not <br /> request additional dedication for the extention of Turnham Road to <br /> the Luce Line as the City has accepted the DNR's request to discourage , <br /> more intense public crossover of the Luce Line. � <br /> FINAL PLAT SUBMITTALS <br /> The fol lowing list of final submittals must be submitted to the Zoning <br /> Administrator two weeks prior to the regularly scheduled Council meeting on <br /> the second and fourth Mondays of the month: � <br /> A. RECORD PLAT drawings in the form of two (2) mylar copies and one <br /> (1) copy reduced to 1"=200'. Drawing to include: <br /> a) Lot lines platted per preliminary survey by Mark S. Gronberg � <br /> of Coffin & Gronberg Inc., dated May 12, 1989, revised June 29, <br /> 1989, with the exception that Outlot C be omitted on final plan. <br /> City to further advise regarding designation of a 10' easement � <br /> along east side of Lot 3 to provide walking access to the Luce • <br /> Line. (Park Commi s sion meeting August l, 19 8 9). <br /> • b) Dedication of "drainage and utility easements" 10' wide along <br /> all perimeter property lines and 5' each side of internal <br /> property � lines - omit along the sides of the lot lines adjacent <br /> to wetlands within Lot 1. <br /> Page 2 of 4 <br />
