. <br /> . . _.. . _ ..._. . _. <br /> ., ......�._.,_._.�s. :_, . �.:.. ..,.... .. . . =__ ..:.: .' _. .: .. _. . . . _ _ _. ._ .. .. . . . <br /> .� - <br /> ;, „ <br /> t _', <br /> Clt� o� ORONO <br /> • - RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI L <br /> � <br /> .- � ..; NO. 2639 <br /> _ ':'� _ � �;: <br /> A RESOLIITION APPROVING A <br /> METES AND BODNDS SDBDIVISION OF <br /> A LOT LINF �LARRANGEMENT FOR PROPffitTILS <br /> LOCATED AT 2180/2240 NORTH SHORE DRIVE <br /> FII.$ NO. 1397 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WH$REAS, the City Counci 1 of the City of Orono <br /> (hereinafter "City Council") has adopted subdivision regulations <br /> for the orderly, economic and safe development of land within the <br /> City; and <br /> WHER$AS, the City Council has considered the <br /> application for a subdivision of a lot line rearrangement by the <br /> • Art Center of Minnesota (hereinafter "the subdivider") of <br /> properties legally described as follows: <br /> Exhibit A, attached (hereinafter "the property"); and <br /> WHEREAS, the subdivider has completed all requirements <br /> of the City for a metes and bounds subdivision of a lot line <br /> rearrangement for division and� combination purposes. <br /> NOW, TH$REFORE, BE IT R$SOLVED, that the City Council <br /> of the City of Orono hereby approves the metes and bounds <br /> division of a lot line rearrangement for the Art Center of <br /> Minnesota as shown on the Certificate of Survey by Paul A. <br /> Johnson of McCombs, Frank, Roos Associates, Inc. revised May 23, <br /> 1989 and attached to this resolution, subject to the following <br /> conditions: <br /> l. Upon approval of this subdivision by the City Council , <br /> the subdivider shall apply to the City for the legal <br /> combination for tax purposes of the following properties as <br /> described in the above referenced survey of the metes and <br /> bounds division of the lot line rearrangement: <br /> Parcel A to be combined with Parcel B <br /> Parcel C to be combined with Parcel D <br /> • Page 1 of 3 <br /> � <br />
