This application was reviewed as Zoning File #1392. <br /> 2. The praperty is located in the RR-1B Rural Residential <br /> Zoning District. <br /> 3. On April 17 , 1989 , the Orana Planning Cammissian <br /> reviewed the application and recommended approval, based on <br /> the fo l lowing f indings: <br /> A) The fill and grading that has taken p lace will have <br /> na significant impact on the neighboring groperties and <br /> will not change the rates or amounts of run-off. <br /> B) The property was previously relatively law.
