City of ORONO <br /> CITY RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> OF NO. 2678 <br /> ORONO <br /> A RESOLUTION TO AMEND AND CLARIFY <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 2407 OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Orono is a municipal corporation <br /> organized and existing under the laws of the State of Minnesota; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to State Statutes 412 et. seq. and <br /> 462 et. seq. the City Council of the City of Orono has adopted a <br /> community Management Plan and Zoning Regulations for the <br /> protection of the public health, safety and general welfare; and <br /> WHEREAS, on May 23 , 1988, the City Council of the City <br /> of Orono adopted Resolution #2407 granting Zoning Code variances <br /> and a conditional use permit to John and Lynn Waldron at 1951 <br /> Concordia Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, Resolution #2407 contained an incorrect legal <br /> description for the Waldron property and was subsequently filed <br /> incorrectly against the property located at 2056 Shadywood Road, <br /> legally described as follows: <br /> The Southerly 1/2 of Lot 7 and all of Lot 8 , Gust S. <br /> Johnson's Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota (hereinafter <br /> "the property") ; and <br /> WHEREAS, the entire contents of Resolution #2407 was <br /> not intended to apply to the property at 2056 Shadywood Road. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of <br /> the City of Orono hereby declares that Resolution #2407 does not <br /> apply to the property legally described above, and further <br /> directs City staff to correctly file Resolution #2407 with the <br /> corrected legal description against the chain of title of the <br /> property at 1951 Concordia Street. <br /> Adopted by the City Council of Orono, Minnesota this <br /> 14th day of August, 1989. <br /> -6 <br /> ;AT 1ST: F <br /> , Jame <br /> Rorothy a's �� f ,. m,� C'"'�y C er <br /> ,_1:0-- - <br /> : .: <br /> �'Y4 f kt W.-1 I" <br />
