Appeal of Narrows Saloon Liquor Violation Penalty Fee — Continued • <br />White .moved, and Nygard seconded, to hold the $500 fine paid by Jim Anderst for a <br />first offense Alcohol Compliance Violation until July 13, 2003; should no offenses <br />occur before then the fee will be returned, but the next offense would be treated as a <br />second offence. Should an offense occur prior to July 13, 2003, then the fee would not <br />be refunded and the full penalty for a second offense would follow suit; and directing <br />staff to draft a document to that effect to be signed by Mr. Anderst. <br />Vote: Ayes 3, Nays 2 (Mayor Peterson, Sansevere). <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORT <br />None. <br />*21.
