., Sue and Jerry Schwilbach
. I Z/I,'99

December 15, 1999
Sue and Jerry Schwalbach
2525 Dunwoody Ave.
Orono, MN
We have inspected the one-story flat roof on the north side of the house. The
existing roof is an older built-up asphalt and gravel roof. There is one existing
leak. As we discussed, we could repair the area of leakage or instali a new roof.
We will provide an option for installing new gutters with the roof.
We propose to do the following work.
SCOPE OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS
Repair
This would be done on a time and material basis. Our rate is $65.00/hour/man
plus materials. The work to repair the northwest corner is approximately 4 — 6
hours.
New Roof
l. Kaiiifl] Wiii U iiSiTldfitieCJ dfli ffl"?OVet, d5 i i2u2u.
Note: Marking and/or marring of the railing is expected and will need repair.
Les Jones Roofing can do this repair at an extra cost. Although, it may be
done at a later date than the reroofing work, due to the season.
2. We will tearoff the existing BUR roof.
3. All debris will be cleaned up and hauled away.
4. '/z" inch wood fiberboard insulation will be mechanically fastend over the
existing wood deck
5. Genflex 60 mil. EPDM will be adhered to the insulation.
