<br /> We have inspected the series of retaining walls and riprap constructed along the shoreline
<br /> of Spring Park Bay on the Lear residence at 2525 Dunwoody Avenue. The wall and riprap
<br /> has been installed in accordance with the approved plans and are acceptable. No turf
<br /> establishment has been done yet. A type of geotextile fabric has been placed over a steep
<br /> slope between two of the walls. It does not appear that this is a seeding blanket. The
<br /> applicant should tell us how this slope will be stabilized or how the geotextile fabric will
<br /> function.
