<br /> We have inspected the series of retaining walls and riprap under construction along the
<br /> shoreline of Spring Park Bay on the Lear residence at 2525 Dunwoody Avenue. The
<br /> erosion control, retaining wall and riprap have been installed in accordance with the
<br /> approved plans. The work has not been completed. We should be notified when the work
<br /> is finished so that we can do a final inspection. There is one curved section of the wall
<br /> where the lower tier is connected to the middle tier, which has settled. The blocks in this
<br /> area should be removed and reinstalled after the base is level and compacted.
