Legal description: Section 5, Township 117N, Range 23W. The boundary&type <br /> approval was requested April 18th, 2016. <br /> A wetland delineation was conducted by Anderson Engineering of Minnesota, LLC on April <br /> 13�', 2016. A complete delineation report and WCA application were submitted to MCWD on <br /> April 18�', 2016. A portion of one Type 2/3 fresh (wet) meadow/shallow marsh wetland was <br /> identified and delineated within two different sections of the project area. <br /> MCWD reviewed the boundaries in the field on April 26�', 2016. MCWD was in agreement <br /> with the wetland boundaries and types identified on site. <br /> MCWD approves the wetland boundaries and types as delineated in the field and documented <br /> in the delineation report.
