JUNR CARS, FIIRNITDRE, HODSEHOLD FURNISHINGS AND APPLIANCES <br /> STORED ON PUBLIC OR PRIVATE PROPERTY. It is unlawful to park or store <br /> any unlicensed, unregistered or inoperable motor vehicle lacking <br /> essentzal parts , household furnishings or appliances, or parts or <br /> components thereof, on any property, public or private, unless housed <br /> within a lawfully erected building. It is the duty of the owner of every vacant property and the <br /> owner and occupant of every occupied property to maintain same in a <br /> neat, clean ana presentable manner free of any junk, debris, refuse, <br /> litter, aead trees, or noxious weeds, anc3 to remove alI other public <br /> health or safety hazards therefrom. <br /> Subd. 2.
