ORONO CITY COUNCIL MEETING <br />MONDAY, DECEMBER 9, 2002 <br />• *17. 2002 Interfund Transfers and Loan Payments <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve transfers as proposed on the <br />Schedule of 2002 Interfund Transfers and Loan Payments. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*18. Authorization to Disburse City Funds for Claims Received <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to authorize the City Treasurer to disburse <br />City funds in payment of claims received for the December 23rd Council meeting, <br />which has been canceled, and that such paid claims be presented for formal approval <br />at the January 13, 2003 Council meeting. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*19. Receipt of the Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting <br />for the 2001 Financial Report— Information Only <br />*20. Change in Name of Fleming Trail Addition Plat— Resolution No. 4910 <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to adopt Resolution No. 4910 approving the <br />change of the Fleming Trail Addition plat to Stoneridge Colony. <br />• Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />• <br />*21. Pay Adjustment —Chief Good <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to approve a salary increase of 3.75% for <br />Chief Stephany Good, effective February 15, 2002. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />*22. Police Capital Expenditures <br />Murphy moved, and Sansevere seconded, to authorize the police department priority <br />expenditures- - <br />1. Furnish sergeant office with three workstations: $5,000 <br />2. 1 replacement radar: $1,900 <br />3. 1 computer, 1 printer (sergeant office): $2,000 <br />4. Digital camera for crime scene & evidence: $600 <br />5. Cabling & data - ports: $1,000 <br />-- totaling $10,500, using 2002 budget dollars, subject to approval of a budget <br />carryover in 2003, based on the surplus funds available from the 2002 Police budget <br />expenditures. <br />Vote: Ayes 5, Nays 0. <br />15 <br />
