The attacheci amendment includes revisions requested by the City Fire Marshall <br /> and also discussion by the City Council, at a September work session, and also the <br /> discussion tliat took place at your work session of November 2, 2005. <br /> This amendment aims to clarify inaaiinum gate height, when attached to entrance <br /> monuments, and also to establish revised horizontal widths between monuments for <br /> emergency vehicle access. <br /> The Conunission should review the proposed revisions, hold a public hearing, and make <br /> a recomznendation to tlie City Council. <br /> ATTACHMENT—Proposed Ordinance Amendment <br />
